DSWA will only mail the package through the method you chose. In the event you wish to have this delivered by UPS and Fed-Ex but do not supply your account information, DSWA will automatically send this out via regular U.S. Mail.

Any subsequent changes to the information submitted should be immediately transmitted in writing to DSWA in order to assure proper communications. Bidders and Proposers are responsible for ensuring that they have provided a valid, accurate, and legible e-mail address. DSWA shall not be liable or responsible for any such failure on the part of BIDDER or PROPOSER nor shall DSWA be responsible or liable.
Businesses who have subscribed to the vendor list are notified by email or fax whenever a Request for Bid/Proposal has been issued for the commodity or service offered by the vendor. This notification is provided as a courtesy only.
