It's easy! Just call DSWA's Citizens' Response Line at 1-800-404-7080 to schedule a time for the pickup of your electronic goods. This service is available for all Delaware businesses and there will be a charge for this service.

A fee of $25.00 dollars will be charged to your credit card when you call to schedule a pick up. This is a flat fee.

Schools and Non-Profits

To schedule an appointment for pickup of electronic goods please call us at 1-800-404-7080. There is no fee for this service.

Pickup schedules are based on activity in your area and could take up to 2 weeks before a time can be scheduled. Have all of your electronics together a one pick up location on your scheduled collection day. You must have a representative available at your location the day of your scheduled pick up.
